Have you ever wondered how fast your dog can run? Well AKC has a NEW exciting sport to test exactly that! It’s called “Fast CAT” – which stands for Coursing Ability Test. Fast CAT  is a timed 100-yard dash,  where dogs run one at a time, chasing a lure at top speed. This ridiculously fast sport is not only awe-inspiring to watch but a blast for your K9 partner enjoy! Ak9C hosts classes, run thru’s, practice & AKC Fast CAT Events. 

About our Fast C.A.T. Track

Ak9C boasts a brand new state-of-the-art all weather sprint turf Fast CAT track. Our track is safe, fully enclosed and super FAST with exceptional drainage for even the wettest of days. Our catch-pit is 100% soft beach sand to allow dogs adequate footing and space to decelerate after reaching top speed on our track. We use Swift Paws commercial lure machines as well as FarmTek Timers. Our track is available for Event rentals, classes, run thru’s and club fun days. Email Amber for rental information
